The human body has many abdominal muscles, though it is very hard to get them to become visible. Most people are content with a 6 pack – even this takes a fair bit of work to get. Getting 10 pack abs is unfortunately not possible. Even someone who works out constantly and has a great diet will not be able to get 10 pack abs. Going for an 8 pack is hard enough, especially if you are starting off without any abs visible at all. To get one you will need to have a very low body fat %. This means eating healthy and working out.
It can take a long time to get visible abs - depending on your current fitness level, your diet, how often you work out and what exercises you use when working out. Just because you can’t get 10 pack abs is no reason not to go for a 6 or 8 pack. Just remember that getting your abs visible is about lowering your body fat % more than exercising your actual abs muscles. Include a few abs exercises in your workout to build your abs muscles but your main goal needs to be getting rid of the fat on your body covering them up and you do this by performing a great full body workout and eating right. One of the best exercises for working out your abdominals is bicycle crunches. In this exercise you lie down on the floor with your hands behind your head and bring your knees toward your head in a pedaling motion while lifting your shoulders off the ground. Remember though, you need a great complete workout routine to achieve visible abs.
