Sorry to be the one to break this to you, but you will never have or even see 12 pack abs. A 6 or 8 pack is a difficult enough goal as it is without trying to get more. 12 pack abs are just never going to be visible on a regular person. Besides, that many abs is too much anyway, it looks much better with 6 or 8 packs.
If you do want to get visible abs then you better start working out and eating well, this is the only way. Forget about all the abs scams you see on T.V whether it is the belt that shocks your abs into contracting, the weird machine where you spin from side to side on your knees or one of the many crunch machines you’ll see on commercials. These may exercise your abdominal muscles, but they will never get rid of the body fat covering up your abs. To do this you will need to exercise your whole body and eat well on a long term basis. That’s not to say that abdominal exercises are useless, it is important to include them in your workout. Just don’t expect abs exercises alone to get you visible abs.
Stop dreaming about 12 pack abs and start eating right and exercising. This will also make you healthier and treat your body right, after all it should be more important to you than anything else. If you aren’t willing to put in the time to exercise than at least hopefully I have saved you from wasting money on of those abs contraptions.
