How can you get those 8 Pack abs to show?

Have you ever seen a commercial or advertisement for abs toning belts, abs exercising machines, or an abs program where they claim that using their product or “Secret” you can eat all the junk food you want, put in almost no time or effort on exercise and still get a flat stomach with 8 Pack Abs in record time, and thought to yourself “This Sounds Too Good To Be True”? That’s because it is! If it were really that simple, everyone would have them.

These companies have been perpetuating lies about the best way to get 8 Pack Abs in order to trick people like us out of their money.

The true reason that most people don’t have visible abs is not because their abdominals are not developed enough but because there is too much fat covering them up.

The sad fact is there is no way to only lose fat from one region of your body, or “Spot Reduction” This means that if you want to get rid of the fat covering your 8 Pack Abs you can’t just do endless abs exercises to get the fat off your stomach and leave the rest as it is, attempt this and you are doomed to failure.

Abs exercises are in fact not good at all for burning fat, so using a machine or device that exercises only your abdominals (like the products mentioned above) will be almost a complete waste of your time until your body fat % is sufficiently low (at roughly 8-12% for men and 14-16% for women they will start to show).

The true way to get visible 8 Pack Abs is to exercise your entire body, after all, if you think back to the models in those commercials they didn’t just have 8 Pack Abs with the rest of their body about average, they were RIPPED from head to toe!
