8 Pack Abs

How can you get those 8 Pack abs to show?

Everybody wants to get visible 8 pack abs but few people actually succeed. This is because it takes a lot of determination to work out regularly, willpower not to eat the kinds of foods that will increase the fat covering your abs and patience to keep going even if you don’t see results as fast as you would like. Many of those who are actually on the right track just give up before they get the results they were looking for. Whether the excuse is that they don’t have enough time for workouts, they are tired of not eating junk foods or because they haven’t gotten 8 pack abs in the first month the result is the same, those abs remain covered up by fat.

If you are willing to work out regularly, start eating right and have the patience to stick with it then eventually you will get those abs. As a perk you will also be healthier, stronger, fitter and possibly live longer. The secret is that you don’t need to do endless abs exercises to make your stomach muscles stronger, you need to decrease your body fat % to sufficiently low levels (between 8% - 10% for men and 12% - 15% for women) that your abs become visible. Abs exercises will not burn fat nearly as well as many other exercises I can show you, it is important to have a good workout so you are getting the best results for your time. I know it doesn’t seem like it makes sense at first but exercises like squats can help you get abs better than doing crunches. Most people will be satisfied with a 6 pack but if you want 8 pack abs you will need to get your body fat levels even lower and work your abs more. There is much debate out there about whether anyone can get visible 8 pack abs or only certainly genetically lucky people. I believe it is possible for anyone as long as they work hard enough, after all the same muscles are there for everyone.

Now that you know to get your 8 pack abs visible you need get rid of body fat you might be thinking “alright I’ll just start doing cardio workouts”. In fact, doing cardio will not help you as much as resistance training (weights). This is because after doing weights your body needs to rebuild your muscles up stronger, increasing your metabolism over the longer term whereas with cardio you are just burning fat during that session. Using weights you can lower your fat levels faster, build more muscles and get stronger, plus it is a lot more pleasant and less boring.

The best fitness program I have found so far is Truth About Abs. It includes a great workout program as well as important nutritional information which is also very important.
