How you can do a Chest Workout at Home

Most of these workouts I will show you can be done from home saving you hundreds of dollars a year in costly gym fees as well as saving your time driving there and back all the time. All you really need to get you started is: dumbbells, Barbells and a bench. With just these 3 things there are many different chest exercises you can perform like Bench Press, Dumbbell Fly’s, pushups and many more. Later on if you want you can add a medicine ball, pull up bar or even go for a home gym. But even if you are doing a chest workout at home you don’t want to completely ignore your other muscle groups. That’s why this workout guide will show you what exercises you should do so you don’t end up with really muscular chest muscles but your other muscles are disproportionally small. Some of the other exercises that are good to do are things like: squats, Lunges, alternate hammer curl or barbell curl. The great thing about doing a chest workout at home like this is not only are you building up your muscles, you are actually burning fat and will lose weight in the process. Many experts now agree that weight training is actually better for losing fat than cardio workouts so instead of wasting your time jogging try doing some weight training.
